Interpreters will possess the following attributes:
• Demonstrate strong sense of Partnership and Ethics / Adhere to Compliance, Regulations and Policy
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English and Targeted Language
• Accurate Interpretation between English and Targeted Language
• Knowledge of culture and contextual differences in English and Targeted Language
• Familiar operating as Freelance – 1099 Contractor
• Bilingual in any language (i.e., Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Farsi, Somali, etc.) LP is a full language provider.

Qualifications:
• Experience with Onsite Simultaneous and Consecutive Interpreting, Video Interpreting -Remote (VRI), Voice over Interpreting, and Telephonic Interpreting
• Technical Proficiency -ability to navigate smoothly using Scheduling and Billing Software, Reliable Internet Connection, and Quiet Work Environment for Virtual Appointments,
• Basic Computer skills including but not limited to emails, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Preferred Certifications – CMI, CHI, CCHI, NBCMI - Minimum High School Diploma
