- You will check credentials of personnel or vehicles to control access to base posts, buildings, private property, or restricted areas.

Requirements
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
Must successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination and pass a yearly physical examination.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Must complete a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Must meet the qualifications and be certified to carry a firearm. You will need to maintain firearm proficiency.
Must obtain and maintain a current valid United States drivers license.
Required to wear a uniform and comply with grooming standards.
Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
